Job Responsibilities.
วิเคราะห์ และให้คำแนะนำการจัดทำแผนพัฒนารายบุคคล.
ประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานบัญชีและการเงิน และหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดทำงบประมาณพัฒนาและฝึกอบรมบุคลากรประจำปี.

Job Skills & Qualifications.
ปริญญาตรี/ โท สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล พัฒนาองค์กร จิตวิทยา บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
มีประสบการณ์ในด้านพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลมาก่อนอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และระดับหัวหน้างาน 3 ปี ขึ้นไป.
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคลทุกด้าน (HCM&HCD).
ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ และการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม.
Proactive การแก้ปัญหาที่ดี และมีทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์.
มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการการพัฒนาบุคลากรและเครื่องมือในการจัดการความสามารถเพื่อสนับสนุนวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจเชิงกลยุทธ์.
