- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 3 - 5 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือสูงกว่า- 20,000 - 30,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- รายละเอียดงาน- Anticipate and meet the needs and wants of our valued guest. Respond in a timely manner to guest reactions whenever required
- Handle and resolving guest enquires and feedbacks
- Initiate and handle the post feedback investigation process and propose preventive actions
- Gather, record, and analyze customer feedback through day to day contact with customers. Based on findings, and recommend changes to the service processes to improve productivity, product and service quality
- Liaise, plan and follow up with VIP reservations or special events.
- Monitor, assess, motivate and act as a coach to the operations team in delivering service excellence and superior results which may include (but not restricted to) certification and training of employees
- Involve with the team to review & optimize service processes to improve customer experience & operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Be a brand ambassador, upholding our brand philosophy and company values by demonstrating excellent customer service and maintaining good customer relationship
- Adhere to house rules and regulations on all principles of hygiene, safety and accident prevention, etc.
- Other duties involve assisting the outlets in charge of operation matters
- คุณสมบัติ
- Diploma / Degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Certificate in F&B, Events Management or any related field preferred.- At least 3 - 5 years' experience in relevant field.- Good command of English and/or Mandarin will be at an advantage.- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.- Pleasant and out-going personality and likes to interact with people.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Must be efficient and a problem solver.- Be willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays.- Computer-literateดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
