The Business Procurement Manager supports on delivering the business strategies for his / her own portfolio, to maximize value for the company and maximizing the value from supplier relationships.

What we ask
- Minimally 5-7 years’ experience in an international Procurement environment
- Speak/write in English
- Effective and engaging communication style
- Professional knowledge/skills Powerpoint and Excel
- Preferably SAP
- Positive mindset & perseverance, willingness to be successful, winning mindset.
- Strong personality, able to work autonomously in a demanding environment, meaning hands-on problem solving skills are needed
- High level of proactivity, self-starting and dynamic attitude, able to organize and prioritize workload
- Able to deal with high level of complexity: develop solutions across brands and across functional departments
- Able to interact with all levels of the organization including senior management
- Relationship builder and strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with suppliers and stakeholders (internal and external) in an effective and efficient way
- Able to lead people, in every aspect of leadership (direction setting, performance management, coaching, delivering results)

Category strategy development
Giving input to global strategies. For local strategies ensure that a sourcing plan is in place, define it and agree on workplan and project scope. Drives and implements a ‘value creation’ strategy that aims at maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness for FrieslandCampina. This may include looking at different operating models, commercial models, ways of working, etc.

Strategic Sourcing and Sourcing Management
Management of change requires long preparation and resource planning. Challenge is to manage Kraljic more towards leverage by approving additional suppliers and a continuous search for good alternatives.

Supplier Management
Above average complexity in packaging materials due to product characteristics requires close cooperation with top-notch suppliers.

Project Implementation
Leads projects with heavy procurement involvement. Project member in more general business projects.

Contract Management
Manage all local contracts and make sure to have compliancy with regional and global agreements

Stakeholder Management
Engage with relevant Commercial, production, QA, R&D and SC stakeholders in F&B Thailand
