This is a key role will encompass the management of 3PL operations. Managing everything from warehousing and distribution, to Customer service and supporting Logistics activities whenever required. The individual in this position will be responsible for driving a highly efficient order execution, Logistics process and customer delivery, to ensure full metrics are achieved or exceeded; on time and with logistics visibility and embedding the Improve the Business behaviors and framework throughout operations. To identify and drive simplifications and creative solutions, to deliver a step change in throughput and productivity.- 1. 3rd party / Outsource / Partnership Management - Manage Customer Service activities for timely order processing, partnering with SCGJWD.- 2. Develop service and value improvement plans for all logistics activities; Eliminate/reduce waste/exceptional costs in operations; to support digitization and radical liberation and perform SPM and drive insights. Evaluating risks, defining, providing, controlling and commercially managing all warehousing, inventory management and transportation activities.- 3. To lead day-to-day logistics requirements of Thailand ensuring all customer service objectives are met whilst achieving minimum overall operational costs.- Inbound from supplier and return from customer - QC incoming - Product Readyness - Putaway
- Outbound - Order management - Pick - Pack - Ready to Ship - Good Issues
- Delivery Management - Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of deliveries to customers. (Replenishment to Flatship Store and Mall, Last Mile to Door, Same Day, Marketplace Pickup)
- Inventory level management and create plans to reduce Lost sales
- Warehouse Management and Utlization4. Budget management and developing of annual operating plans in line with Business Plan and Budget expectations.

4. Responsible for Tier 2 and 3 P&L Performance Management meetings as part of Excellence in Supply Chainคุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ working experience in Warehouse Management, Distribution Management, Inventory Management in a Retail Company.
- Experience in supplier / 3rd party / outsourced logistics solution management.
- Experience in contract development, processes, procedures and KPIs.
- Demonstrated a track record in leadership and a commercial eye for business
- Good command of both spoken and written in English.
