หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Handle admin jobs for machines and other UCC products arrangement in system ERP.
- Coordinate and communicate with related departments and 3rd party to provide smooth execution for machine preparation, installation, and returning for events.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the company's clients, such as product sampling booths, coffee events, client meet-and-greets, etc.
- Summarize sampling booth and/or event result to make report.
- Arrange and execute content production with VDO editor based on supervision from Assistant Marketing Communication Manager.
- Act as MC in vdo content occasionally e.g. event, new product presentation.
- Collaborate with influencers / KOLs / creators for product review content and campaigns.
- Manage allocation of POSM and samples to UCC Retail in BKK and upcountry including customer’s shops.
- Other marketing information as received.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Support or a role requiring close coordination and collaboration. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations).
- Possesses excellent communication skills, able to build good relationships, coordinate, and communicate effectively across all departments.
- Detail-oriented, energetic, proactive, and capable of supporting on-site production or event activities.
- Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Experience in other marketing events will be considered a plus.
