At **SIRIUS**, we are looking for a **Business Analyst** to drive the growth of the Financial R&D product line to help accelerate business growth and optimize operation efficiency through technologies. As Business Analyst, you will gather feature requests from customers, design flows and identify business requirements for the R&D product. By working closely with the Product Owner, you should be able to participate in identifying user needs, understand the business value and work with cross-functional.

You are responsible for the business analysis, functional specifications and ideally have an innate curiosity for the technical business aspects of the product like API management, System Design, Market Research etc. Depending on the type of products that you are managing, you may need some domain technical knowledge and understand the business logic to explain the rest of the team.

**What you will Do**
- Evaluating payment, banking, securities, retail, or wallet management business processes, understanding and anticipating requirements with ability to transform them into functional specifications.
- Performing gap analysis
- Analyzing and interpreting business requirements into technical terms to inform developers, QAs and Designers
- Ensure the design of a solution and/or features with business flows/diagrams, services, and digital modules that deliver unique experiences for end user.
- Implementing and testing of solutions
- Participating to drive development in both digital and non-digital initiatives based on insight and business needs.
- Work closely with different stakeholders with the most relevant customer needs, habits, and attitudes
- User guide and documentation redaction and maintenance

**What You Will Need**
- A degree or above in any related fields (IT, Technology, Engineering, or Finance)
- Banking/Payment experience required (Payment, e-Banking, Securities, e-Wallet, or any experience related to Retail)
- Experience in Business Analyst at least 1 year within the IT Software development
- Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion for success and independence
- Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira)
- Understanding of software technology industry
- Technical knowledge of the financial industry
- Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
