**Principal responsibilities**
- To monitor and ensure all daily receipt and delivery transactions are settled both in Depository vs Bank’s system, settlement confirmation released per service level agreement.
- To ensure all payment for receipt and delivery transactions are properly handled prior trade settlement, Net cash position/ Preliminary cash position sent to related team within the cut-off time.
- To monitor and check for any exception report for both holdings and transaction report on a daily basis.
- To monitor the physical shares and relevant certificate/document record and match with clients’ instruction.
- To check and ensure all relevant documents been prepared and sent to the Regulator on a timely manner.
- To check and release Foreign Exchange confirmation and Transactions to related client/team.
- To ensure mark to market valuation been kept for each Foreign Exchange Hedge properly.
- To perform screening on Securities and Counterparty name prior set up in system.
- To support all administrative jobs. i.e. Records Management, End of day report/check-list, Daily Report on Securities Services activities and Stock Markets movement.
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- At least 3-4 years work experience or more in related fields in Banking and Financial Business is a plus
- Proactive and able to handle both routine and some analytical tasks.
- Detail oriented, able to meet tight timeline and work efficiently under pressure.
- Resourceful, energetic, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS office, especially Excel e.g. macro/v-look up is a plus.
