หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Work with R&D manager to lead key R&D projects and provide solutions of all construction material under Saint Gobain Thailand such as Mortar, Construction Chemicals, Gypsum, etc.).
- Coordinate with international counterparts such as R&D central team (France), SGR (China, India), Competent center (Spain, Portugal, etc.) for the developmental activities of R&D projects, exchange and share necessary data that can benefit knowledge development of R&D projects.
- Coordinate external parties such as local universities and potential customers (prepare training to educate and promote Saint Gobain products & systems to these key external stakeholders together with marketing/sales.
- Supervise R&D engineer / technician team (dotted line report) on their related projects (NPD, innovation, sustainability, etc.) help them minimize any risk that could cause some issues to R&D process in the laboratory /or in case of production trial.
- Coordinate other department (marketing, sales, operation, purchasing, finance, EHS, etc.) for every relevant work of R&D and make first review following R&D procedure/process control.
- Coordinate R&D process controller for R&D CAPEX process, R&D ISO procedure (ISO 9001, 14001) and supervise to R&D process controller.

- At least 5 -7 years’ experience in construction materials for one of these such as Mortar, Concrete, Construction Chemicals, Gypsum, Waterproofing, etc.)
