- International business experience is an advantage
- Leadership skills as refers to the ability to guide and motivate other members of a team.
- Able to manage and supervise COO, CFO, CE and support any assignment by CEO.
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Decision making is crucial skills
- Fluent in English business written, speaking and listening.
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
