Our client is one of the leading car rental and leasing companies in Thailand, with over 40 years of experience in the field.

They are now looking for a Senior Administrator to be a part of their team.

**Summary**
- Preparing and creating daily activities such as cash flow, financial statements, packages, and reports assets including bank reconciliation statements, GL reconciliation, account closing, loan, and asset analysis.
- Assisting and managing accounting data with financial reports such as AR, TFRS, and TFRS16 by revising weekly and monthly closing.
- Reviewing and supporting financial analysis and forecasting by providing recommendations according to methods, policies, and principles.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Team mainly GL related.
- Performing month-end closing results, identifying issues, analyzing and evaluating monthly results against budget, forecast, and prior period.
- Support internal auditor, external auditor, or tax agent upon request.
- Implementing to team in terms of knowledge to meet the finance and accounting standard requirements and tax laws.
- Ensuring that the financial and accounting process aligns with Thai accounting standards, taxes, and the relevant rules & regulations.
- Being responsible to process any GL reporting and answer for queries.
- Initiating continuous process improvement or other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, and/or Business administration.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Controller, or related roles.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic will be an advantage.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Good presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
