- To receive and inspect all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders; processe and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents, and track damages and discrepancies on orders received for both Thai AirAsia and Thai AirAsia X
- To maintain withdrawals goods for another Hub and department
- To keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another warehouse or department.
- To perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts, year-end inventory and physical inventory and prepare year-end inventory reports.
- To checks goods and supplies and reports when stock is low
- To plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily operations, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, inventory, and equipment handling.
- To handle and disposition inventory items and keep warehouse inventory current and accurate
- To work with warehouse management system (WMS), inventory control system, and the related program.
- To keep the warehouse clean and presentable.
- To perform all closing counts & report the discrepancy to the QA or Supervisor complete with the information required
- To ensure to maintain and servicing warehouse tools, equipment, machinery, forklift, stacker and warehouse equipment, etc
- To perform stock take on by daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on management requests and update related report or document
- To perform other assignments or duties & responsibilities as tasked by the Warehouse Team Manager or management.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field or applicable experience
- Airlines experience is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driver licence
- Able to work on shifts including, overnight, weekends & public holidays.
- Able to operate PC, Competent computer skills and proficient in MS-Office, Google +, Google Sheet/Drive and Gmail, generate SSR, handheld Device.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety management standard
- Proficient command in reading and written English.
