**Job Description**:
**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This position needs to Develop marketing plan and strategy & Deliver brand objectives by driving the development, execution & performance tracking against commercial strategies across HCP customer segments including develop & engage KOLs. Associate Product Manager will report to Business Unit Lead.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop marketing plan and strategy & Deliver brand objectives by driving the development, execution & performance tracking against commercial strategies across HCP customer segments
- Ensure execution of promotional strategies and promotion activities, including controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan.
- Develop and maintain strategic business partnerships with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Finance, RA and Supply chain departments in order to ensure thorough workflow during the product life cycle.
- Develop & engage KOLs and advocacy to sustain strong networking and partnership
- Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to company rules & regulations

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

**To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities. The requirements are as follows**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science and MBA or relevant business qualifications is preferred
- 3-5 years in sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical.
- Proven track record and good communication skills
- Strong ambition for professional development
- Good English communication both oral and written
- Computer skills (MS Office programs)
- Able to travel to up-country and aboard
