This role will be closely support and partner with Marketing Managers to create and implement marketing activities to deliver Flavor brands mainly Mirinda and 7Up growth which is a key strategic priority.
The key responsibilities involve social media planning, monitor on-going campaigns, and support post-launch evaluation (if any) day-to-day operations, closely monitoring various marketing indicators, such as market share, pricing, and distribution, in order to drive business growth, deliver top line and bottom line and increase brand optimization.
Job Responsibilities.
Assist Marketing Managers in developing and executing marketing activities in line with yearly Marketing Plan.
ABM will be required to take lead responsibility for certain projects as assigned.
Create (Co-Create) and execute activation programs e.g., consumer events, sampling programs on-time and on budget.
Plan social media launch, organize posts and monitor account's progress.
Monitor on-going campaigns, recommend actions and supporting post evaluation data.
Coordinate all internal approval process for all packaging, advertising materials & contracts.
Work with Sales Team ensuring excellent cooperation and execution of activities.
Track A&M budget with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
Skills and Experience.
Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Thai.
A creative mindset and result oriented attitude.
Great interpersonal skill, communication skill and a team player.
