Projektmanagement

Als Projektmanager Digital steuerst du mit deinem Team digitale Projekte von der Planung bis zum Rollout. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Team (Entwickler, Designer, UX-Experten), so sorgst dafür, dass deine Projekte erfolgreich im Dreieck Qualität, Budget und Timing realisiert werden.

Tasks

  • Begleitung von Kundenprojekten aus den Bereich Website & Webapp vom Konzept bis zum Livegang
  • Planung, Steuerung und Monitoring der Projekte in Confluence
  • Parallele Steuerung von zwei bis drei Projekten (agil / hybrid / klassisch) im Rahmen des Multiprojektmanagements
  • Planung und Steuerung der Budgets, Ressourcen und Ergebnisse für die jeweiligen Projekte
  • Entwicklung kreativer, wirtschaftlicher und effizienter Lösungen für und in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen
  • Weitere Etablierung eines agilen Mindsets in der Organisation und bei Kunden
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres agilen Projektansatzes und unserer agilen Methoden
  • Coaching bzw. Beratung on the job von Projektmitarbeitern bei der Verwendung agiler Methoden

Anforderungen

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion in agilen & digitalen Projekten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude an Veränderungsprozessen sowie starkes Bestreben, sich permanent weiterzuentwickeln und Wissen aktiv mit anderen zu teilen
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen, gepaart mit diplomatischem Geschick und sicherem Auftritt
