Job Summary

This role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order processing and shipping, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing administrative support to the back office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Thai and English languages.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Warehouse Operations: Receive, process, pack, and ship orders efficiently.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Control stock levels and record keeping to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time, contributing to overall efficiency.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Manage documents, reports, and administrative issues to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Communicate with Suppliers and Customers: Respond to inquiries, provide assistance as needed, and handle communications effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Thai and English (written and spoken). Other language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Nationality: Preferably Thai citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or related administrative roles.
  • Skills: Knowledge of basic inventory management principles, warehouse procedures, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management computer systems.
