Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Job Expert (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This is a key role that will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the legal department and providing strategic legal guidance to support our organization's objectives.

About the Role

The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for managing complex legal issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and advising senior management on legal matters critical to our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex legal matters and leading a legal team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional legal advice to management and other departments on a range of legal issues.
  • Support strategic decision-making by identifying legal implications and advising on risk management.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Ensure that all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher in Law.
  • Minimum 10 years of corporate legal experience with an excellent understanding of Thailand's laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of handling complex legal matters and leading a legal team.
  • Experience in labor law, common law claims, general lawsuits related to employees, third parties, and etc.
  • Experience in real estate, complex lease, rent, and service contract structuring.
  • Experience in MOUs commercial negotiation.
  • Experience in data and document centralized system to store important data (legal, other stuffs).
  • Legal compliance with the Office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Benefits and Allowance
  • Estimated salary: ฿450,000 - ฿600,000 per year.
  • Variable Bonus: up to 1 month's last year's salary.

Leave
  • Business Leave (AL): 10 days/year.
  • Sick Leave: 20 days/year.
  • Vacation: 2 weeks (twice a year around New Year and Songkran period).
