Procurement Specialist

As a key member of the Vinarco team, you will be responsible for leading sourcing efforts to acquire Direct and Indirect materials. Your focus will be on cost reduction and identifying new suppliers to enhance the company’s competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Management: Lead the entire procurement process, from sourcing to vendor selection and contract negotiation, ensuring timely availability of critical materials to prevent shortages.
  
• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conducting regular evaluations to ensure optimal collaboration.
  
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks, contributing to the development of procurement strategies that support company profitability and efficiency.
  
• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, with Master’s degree preferred.
    
  • Over 8 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, 3-5 years in management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial packaging.
    
  • Proven skills in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, cost management, and supplier relationships.
    
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with Chinese language skills considered a valuable asset.
    
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and procurement software, with proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
