Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting productivity, quality, safety, and environmental improvement projects in the manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate improvement projects in the manufacturing plant, including productivity, quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
  • Provide engineering documentation change and control coordination, project coordination, and system support for the engineering and manufacturing organization.
  • Collaborate with support groups to resolve front-line problems and make informed decisions.
  • Develop and maintain related reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing plant operations, including machine/tool installation and repair.
  • Strong computer and office skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English is a plus.
