Business Development Manager for LV Products

Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to expand the market presence of our company's products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies. You will work closely with our sales partners to create and execute strategies that achieve or surpass sales targets for Low Voltage (LV) products.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our company's products to consultants and EPCs, emphasizing the benefits and unique features of our solutions. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the consulting and EPC sectors, conducting engaging presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to inform stakeholders about our products.
You will also conduct on-site inspections to gather data and evaluate customer requirements for LV product installations, preparing detailed site reports and providing strategic recommendations for optimal installation solutions. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve issues related to LV products during and post-installation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. You should have a strong understanding of LV products and related technologies, as well as experience working with partners and channel sales models.
