Job Summary

Vinarco is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial data.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and more than 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. They should possess sound knowledge of financial data processing, accounting procedures, payments (cash, check, credit card transactions), and Tax invoice & Billing.

We are looking for someone with proven management, accuracy, analytical skills, problem-solving, and financial reporting abilities. A good command of English is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate, record, input, and process financial data accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare customer invoices based on established accounting procedures.
  • Post customer payments, including cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Verify account discrepancies and investigate information thoroughly.
  • Match payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues professionally and promptly.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger and files effectively.
  • Summarize receivables by maintaining accurate invoice accounts.
  • Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Achieve accounting and organizational goals as needed.
  • Prepare the Aging Receivable report to submit to the manager.
  • Prepare related documents to support invoices.
  • Issue Tax invoices and receipts as required.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by the manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • More than 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Solid knowledge of financial data processing, accounting procedures, payments (cash, check, credit card transactions), and Tax invoice & Billing.
  • Proven management, accuracy, analytical skills, problem-solving, and financial reporting abilities.
  • Good command of English.
