WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible to work closely with the local Legal and Governance team, the Legal and Governance team in Group Investment, Risk and Compliance to carry out the day-to-day Investment and Business Governance responsibilities

Responsible to support the implementation of effective portfolio monitoring, Governance Framework and participate in various projects to strengthen the controls and governance of the Company

Responsible to provide timely and relevant investment reporting, performance analytics and business management service to front office and including monitoring and oversight for all investment activities to ensure investment process and control are effective and in compliant with Investment Standards, Policies, Procedures and regulatory requirements

Responsible to provide IT resources to all users to meet business requirements
- Design and create pre-trade control investment rules in Bloomberg CMGR including perform UAT and implementation - including monitor and investigate the alerts from the rules

Prepare Governing Document, propose and implement enhancements for the existing CMGR rules and/or creation of new CMGR rules due to changing or new regulatory, mandate and internal requirements; and update to reflect changes (if any)
- Support and be the second point of contact for on-going Bloomberg AIM Compliance Manager (“CMGR”)
- To introduce a common and consistent architecture and language used by AIA’s investment professionals Coordinate the annual review, certification process and training for investment policies and procedures and coordinate with Group and local stakeholders on governance related matters
- Provide systems, hardware, software and network to be used in the business and

ensure that they meet business requirements and can operate properly
