Cfo (Packaging)

Our client is consumer products manufacturing based in Chonburi.

**Responsibilities**
- Contributing fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate, and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
- Being responsible for Management Reporting and Finance department to run daily operations smoothly and providing information with accuracy and timeliness.
- Overseeing M&A activities and due diligence including managing risks and verifying the target’s performance, e.g., earnings projection and liability, etc.
- Directing and leading financial and accounting functions to ensure operational effectiveness in the preparation of financial reports and to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory & regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor / MBA in Business Management, International Business, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Accounting, Finance, and Costing with manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a CFO or managerial experience.
- Significant experience working with financial institutions, M&A, Funding, Risk Management, and IPO.
- Familiar with SAP and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Preferred work experience in MNC environment especially family business.
- Experience in preparing for and managing an IPO or working in a listed company.
- Hands-on IPO Process, Preparation process of Initial Public Offering (IPO) to be a listed company.
- Aware of Financial and Accounting trends, policy, legal, improvement, and development to ally with the company's business.
- Strong leadership skills in building, developing, and managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaboratively work with key stakeholders in the organization.
