**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Route Planning**: Plan and map out efficient routes prior to each trip to ensure timely arrivals.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles, including checking fluids, oil, and fuel, as well as tire, brake, and light functionality.
- **Vehicle Cleanliness**: Ensure all Motorpool vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- **Passenger Transport**: Safely and promptly, transport passengers to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws, and Institute policies.
- **Issue Reporting**: Report any vehicles issues, malfunctions, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
- **Scheduling Assistance**: Support with the vehicle scheduling and dispatching when needed.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, maintenance activities, and mileage.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Thailand driving license.
- Previous experience as a driver, ideally within a motorpool or similar setting.
- Familiarity with routes across Thailand.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong focus on safety.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge in using computer
- Thai nationality preferred
