Job Description
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and
- numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for

computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Utilize search engines and other online resources to identify potential outlets for Alchemy's products.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1-3 years experience in administration tasks/ sales support or sales coordinator
- Experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Support/Sales Admin
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft office: Word, Excel
- Good in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading)
- Self-Discipline and ability to do multi-tasks operation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
