**Job Description**:

- Be responsible in the area.
- Update the market trend, competitors, customer needs
- Organize farmers meetings and customer activities
- Plan a monthly and quarterly sales plan
- Coordinate with the marketing and product development department team to meet customer needs
- Develop relationships with customers (dealers) and related stakeholders
- Make a monthly report and sales forecast plan and include other related reports
