**SALES BACKOFFICE COORDINATOR - Location: Thailand**

**SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Backoffice Coordinator. This person will support the sales team in all matters regarding the ASEA distributors.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working together with internal Sales and Marketing team to support business partners and clients and manage business needs with high level of service
- To Identify high potential business partners (business analysis, monitors and reports on activities and market research)
- To Contribute to the correct implementation and usage of the Sales and Marketing tools
- To send out mass and individual communication to distributors
- To create and develop posts on Social Media
- Works closely with Distributor Support in the ASEA headquarters in the US

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Has a BA in communications or similar education
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ideally has gathered 1 - 3 years of experience in working in a Backoffice, Direct Selling Company or a comparable field.
- Curiosity for language, culture, regional nuance, and the desire to continually build empathy. Experience in content and marketing is a plus.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Very good English language skills. Language skills at native level in an additional language of advantage.
- Fun working in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
