**Major Responsibilities**
- Support the development of decarbonization strategy & roadmap
- Track, review & report decarbonization goals, KPIs& implementation
- Provide support (systems, tools, best practices, manpower & technology) for decarbonization initiatives across GC
- Support the decarbonization investment management, including consolidation and prioritization of initiatives for funding approval and capital planning
- Support communicate activities (internal and external) on decarbonization
- Align decarbonization governance and provide execution support to subsidiaries & JVs

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or Science (with MBA background is preferable).
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience with the job description.
- Experiences in strategy development, business development, complex project management & execution, business development, decarbonization and relevance areas.
