**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process incoming purchase orders into Glovia
- Creation of part numbers within Glovia
- Creation of router within Glovia
- Create both Glovia Sales and Work orders for purchasing and manufacturing
- Schedule the daily manufacturing activities to meet customer delivery dates
- Coordinate the modification or amending of manufacturing procedures/drawing to facilitate greater efficiency in the manufacturing area.
- Maintain all current and historical manufacturing documents
- Enter all manufacturing times and materials used into the Glovia Work Orders
- Contact customers regarding pricing and delivery requirements
- Close the Work Orders in Glovia
- Assure that the shipping documents show correct weights compared to weight mixed
- Perform month end closing functions in preparation for Period Roll from Accounting Department
- Prepare Vendor Data Book to customers
- Assist Shipping and Receiving when necessary
