**Responsibility**
- **Schematic design for estimation and detail design work for execution (with specification) with understanding client requirement and propose economical and good quality design with coordination with other designers such as structural, mechanical, and electrical and sales person in charge.**:

- **Able to find suitable materials and explain its necessity to concerned party.**:

- **Able to make concerned party understand design intension.**:

- **Able to make cost estimation and cost comparison to client.**:

- **Attend weekly client meetings in the case of design and built contract with preparation of meeting minutes**:

- **Approval on shop drawing and get approval of design drawing from client**:

- **Store data properly such as drawing, specification, catalogue, and samples.**:

- **Good command of computer programs Auto CAD and preferably REVIT.**:

- **Able to communicate in English.**:

- **Experience working with Japanese will be advantage.**:

- **Good personality, Hardworking, Active, Responsible.**
