**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Automotive)1. To co-ordinate with Japanese team(Japan HQ) for Product Development
2. To receive new product requirements from Japan HQ
3. To manage of development schedule of new project to meet the requirement of customer
4. To handle of Cost reduction activities (VA/VE) and promote to implement.
5. To set and control of department budget.
6. To suggest suitable solution to subordinates and develop engineering skill
7. To review of customer's requirement, drawing and specifications and conduct of technical review process
8. To investigate the product failure and issue of technical report
9. To create of documents for following ISO/IATF 16949 requirement

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Male or Female, Age 35-45 Years.
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineering. Or related fields
- More than 5 years working experience as R&D in Automotive manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 ,and IATF 16949.
- Able to communicate in English**English Level**:
Level 3 - Business Level**Other Language**:
English, Japanese
