Compliance Affairs Lead

**Job Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Set the Compliance Affairs function’s goals and targets to provide clear direction and purpose.
- Oversee comprehensive reviews of legal agreements and contracts to protect Mekha V’s interest.
- Provide informed recommendations to align agreements with regulatory requirements and Mekha V's interests for legal compliance and protection.
- Lead the collaboration with various operational departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, fostering a compliant organizational culture.
- Develop tailored compliance procedures and guidelines for different teams to streamline adherence to regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of PTT Way of Conduct initiatives and activities.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining legal compliance.
- Stay updated on relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations to inform compliance strategies.
- Identify potential compliance risks to proactively address issues and prevent violations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and controls to minimize compliance-related risks and liabilities.
- Guide, enable, facilitate, resolve key issues, manage and monitor key work under Compliance Affairs function’s scope of work.
- Lead, guide, mentor, oversee and provide any relevant capability enhancement measure to employees under Compliance Affairs function, to ensure the effective and accommodative work setting to achieve individual and team goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law, Business Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 - 12 years of related work experiences.
