Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Create the venue strategy and plan for quality venue both in-door and out-door

for Face to Face Fundraising Program

2. Strategic plan and ability to present our work to get new venues

3. Building long term relationship with venue owners/managers

4. Monitoring and exploring for making sure that we get the quality venues

5. Immediately solving the problems when Face to Face fundraisers (DDCs) is

raising the venue where provided is in wrong spot.

6. Finding opportunities from media or campaign programs for Face to Face

fundraising events

7. Forecasting the budget for venue plan and utilize the budget based on ROI

calculation

8. Assist the Face to Face Fundraising Specialist from time to time when

necessary.

9. Liaise with Communications program on possible events we can integrate for

fundraising under Face to Face Fundraising Specialist supervision.

10. Prepare short & long term venue & event activity plans
- venues must be screen,

survey and other details related to DDC operation

11. Prepare interim analysis and report related to performance of venue where DDC

worked

12. The venue reports must be accurate and sufficient for DDC operations & plan

Functional Skills:

- Good in Ms. Excel, Word and PPT.
- Calm under pressure with a good service Minded and team player
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Good communication skills in English in writing, speaking and presenting.
- Good skills of project development with power point presentation.
- Good leadership skills in managing and supervising teams.
- Very organized with the ability to manage budgets and people.
- The ability to manage the area.
- Able to travel to other provinces on weekends and public holidays.
