เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมคุณภาพ ในกระบวนการผลิต
- ดำเนินการตรวจสุขลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานก่อนเข้าพื้นที่การผลิต รวมถึงเครื่องประดับ และสุขภาพของพนักงาน
- ดำเนินการตรวจนับจำนวนของแมลงบินในพื้นที่การผลิต

คุณภาพของสินค้าในพื้นที่การผลิต
- ดำเนินการตรวจน้ำหนักของสินค้าสำเร็จรูปแต่ละชนิด ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- ดำเนินการทวนสอบอุณหภูมิ และเวลา (CCP) ที่ใช้งานการฆ่าเชื้อ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสินค้าปลอดภัย
- ดำเนินการทดลอง ทดสอบ วิเคราะห์ เมื่อมีการวิจัย/พัฒนาปรับปรุงสินค้าใหม่
- ดำเนินการเก็บตัวอย่างสินค้า ตามแผนที่กำหนด
