- งานประจำ- 3 - 10 ปี- กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- ขึ้นอยู่กับคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Partner with company management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Design and implement employee development strategies and training plan
- Develop training materials and performance management programs
- Develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other methods
- Determining the best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs
- Plan and execute company-wide events aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment

คุณสมบัติ
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human resource management, Social Science, or related
- Experience between 3-5 years in HRD
- Have experience in any project management
- Ability to lead projects, define goals, set milestones, and follow through on deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
