- ** Job Description**:

- Perform accounts payables administration for assigned entities in Asia Shared Accounting Service.
- Process and post of accounts payable transactions on a timely basis in accordance with company policies, procedures and internal accounting controls.
- Under supervision from manager, receives a high level of instruction, guidance and direction.
- Review and check invoices for accuracy, to match invoice with purchase requisition, purchase orders, goods or services receipts.
- Check the approval and booking of all payment requests/vouchers to ensure that they’re in compliance with company policy,

accounting/reporting requirements and local regulations.
- Prepare AP aging and AP related reconciliation reports per schedule and follow up long outstanding items
- Prepare bank reconciliation each month and follow up on the reconciling items.
- Prepare and file accounting vouchers for assigned accounts on monthly basis.
- Verify payment requests, staff claims. Prepare payment vouchers and process in SAP.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Proven understanding general accounts payable processes and internal control requirements.
- Working knowledge of SAP accounts payable processing and Excel.
- Good problem solving skills
- Communicable English skill
- **English Level**: Level 3 - Business Level
- ** Other Language**: None
- ** Working Hour**: 08:30 ~ 17:30
- ** Holiday**: Sat-Sun
