**General Summary**:
The Sourcing Coordinator has responsibility for supporting sourcing activities for assigned categories inclusive of maintenance of SAP pricing tables, overall supplier pricing accuracy and report writing in SAP or Business Warehouse. Other position responsibilities include support of category managers and functional directors in the execution of category level strategies inclusive of supplier transaction level issue resolution and overall supplier performance measurement. Position is responsible for preparing numerous reports and providing analysis to support ongoing direct and indirect sourcing needs.

**Essential duties and Responsibilities**:
Directly coordinates with all management levels to provide input, analyses, sourcing administration, and timely professional support for the following:

- Review and approval of raw material requests.
- Review and release of on hold purchase orders.
- Communication to internal customer base.
- Review, investigate, reconcile and release of blocked invoices.
- Assisting with quantity blocks.
- Consignment reporting and reconciliation.
- Partnering / problem solving with Accounts Payables and Suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve vendor invoice issues that have occurred in P2P systems.

**Education and experience**

**Physical/Environ. Demands**

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time (up to 60% of the work day). Must be able to traverse to/from required meetings. Must be able to input data into a computer. Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
