**Job Summary**: We are a cannabis retail company that manages 9 stores in Koh Samui and 6 stores in Phuket. Before all processes of the company financials were managed by an outsourcing company. Now our new **Cheif Accountant** needs to build an internal Financial Department and manage the team of two Financial Assistants (1 for Samui and 1 for Phuket).

This role reports directly to the Chief executive officer.

**Salary**:

- probation (3 month)

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00, 1-hour - break
- Saturday from 10.00 -14.00
- Office in Noy, as well as remote work within this time frame.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Goals**
- Build an internal Financial department to serve all financial purposes for both territories - Samui and Phuket (purchase, record, report, and accounting functions).
- Build regular Financial Reports for all companies:

- cashflow - monthly
- PnL for shops - monthly
- PnL for all company - monthly
- Balance sheet - annual
- Provide accurate accounting reports for the government:

- WT
- VAT
- SSO
- license reports
- Manage payments and financial documents.
- Tax optimization.

**Main Product for position**
- Zero issues with Accounting Reports according to Government needs
- Provide on-time and accurate Financial Reports according to Company needs

**Qualifications**:

- **CPD license**:

- Experience in the full cycle of financial management for a company in any related field (retail, horeca, hotels)
- Legal entity setup experience
- WT, VAT, SSO reports, and Balance sheet
- Visa and Work Permit management for foreigners
- English B2+

**Soft skills**
