Project managing, implementing and managing IT Infrastructure and systems at different sites. Participate in designing, planning, deploying, analyzing, maintaining a large, complex data and voice communications. Coordinates with a team of infrastructure and security professionals, and managing IT vendor relationships. This role also encompasses IT maintenance for offices and stores, as well as the implementation and management of workplace collaboration tools across the APAC region.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Project Manage and coordinate implementation of IT Infrastructure at different IT Sites.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems for established systems and networks as needed.
- Work closely with the Facilities Team and local IT Site support for projects, new requirements, renovations, new sites requiring and involving IT Infrastructure.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolution of network production problems
- Oversee planning, testing, recommendation, and implementation of network, file server and workstation hardware and software.
- Help facilitate and manage outsource vendors involved in projects or changes in IT infrastructure.
- Provide network documentation, training, and guidance to computing system clients and programmers.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Provide reports and documentation to team members and management.
- Provide regular project update and status report.
- Other duties as assigned.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:

- Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment (PC, telephone, copier, etc.).
- Spends much time working directly with different Infrastructure and Operation and Security Team members together with the Facilities Team.
- Works under limited supervision.

**SKILLS**:
Project Management and coordination experience - Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Understanding of networking concepts.

Ability to participate in projects with limited supervision

Ability to design and coordinate the installation of high-speed data networks.

Good analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical problems.

Good understanding of server and network hardware.

Working knowledge of Exchange and or SQL Server

Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems.

ITIL/Service Management

**EXPERIENCE**:
**Essential**:
More than 5 years of IT Infrastructure Management experience.

Experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security solutions.

Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies.**Desirable**:
Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and SIEM.

PMI and Agile Certification or 5 Years of Project Management experience.

**EDUCATION**:
**Essential**:
College Graduate

**Desirable**:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Field
