Anticipate all guest needs and oversee all guest inquiries.
- Participate in the effective day-to-day operation at the Bell Service desk.
- Has complete knowledge of the hotel products and services, including room types, relative features, facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions.
- Ensure the lobby, main entrance and luggage trolley are always clean and tidy.
- To greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with their luggage and provide a luggage storage service for guests.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and other items to the guest room.
- Assist guests who require special attention.
- Complete all other shift duties as outlined on the shift checklist.
- To assist in ensuring that the transportation arrangements work perfectly, including the coordination of taxis, private vehicles, and other vehicles.
- Assist other areas of the Front Office when required.
