PRTR IT is looking for a Business Analyst(CRM platform) to work with a Retail company. You will develop a CRM platform, create a customer management system and modules with cross-teams. If you are looking to work in a multicultural work environment with a Lead retail company, this job is for you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Designing a Business analyst platform in CRM, creating a customer management system.
- Implementing the CRM roadmap and working closely with the business and IT team.
- Maintaining and building the improved CRM platform to meet customers' needs.
- Understanding all configuration notes and integration points of the CRM system.
- Being the Keyman to discuss functional requirements and integration requirements.
- Coordinating and leading the project as a CRM project management.

**Wor**k Experience**
- BA/BS in a related field.
- 3 - 5Experience in Business analytics, CRM developer roles.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platform systems.
- Technical skills: CRM tools, Excel (Salesforce, etc.)
- Having a CRM certificate is a plus.
- Business English communication skills.
