**Responsibilities**:
- To assist in review and re-design/ improve credit restructuring processes (system and non-system) in order to maximize productivity, mitigate risk, reduce cost and reduce operational errors
- Coordinate with stakeholders or cross functional especially Credit Process Team of each segment to improve the process relevant to SABS by making best use of segment’s process teams (reduce duplication of process and system)
- To develop effective work procedures
- To develop systems to enable the process to be more efficient and effective
- To track performance data such as turnaround time, issues related to processes for process improvement
**Qualifications**:
- Master/Bachelor degree (Business Administration, management, marketing, finance)
- Minimum of 2 years in Relationship and credit management or banking field
- Having knowledge in Corporate finance, Credit risk management, credit process
- Having skills: Analytical, Project management, Problem solving and decision making, Communication
