Joining Grundfos as a Business Analyst, you will be part of our strategy team and support the management in achieving an efficient growth plan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate analysis, reporting, and forecast information related to product demand from our customers.

**Support the management with clear-cut analyses**

Join our team across the Asia Pacific region. This role can be base either in Thailand, Singapore, or in the Philippines. Your tasks will include the following:
Business Analysis:

- Develop the data basis for the unit or function
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and cooperation with the companies and divisions on reporting
- Support the development and implementation of systems for collection of data as well as support the establishment of data models
- Ensure the data model in units/functions
- Compose suggestions for the unit/function based on the analysis conducted
- Ensure data collection and analysis on a regular basis
- Create regular reports for the unit/function
- Responsible for report writing
- Communicate and follow-up on company specific annual targets

Demand Planning:

- Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for a time horizon between 0 - 18 months
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
- Balances competing strategies to provide the sales leadership team and Supply Chain with visibility to future requirements through actionable data and insight
- Interact with sales, marketing, and Finance Business partner to understand demand forecast drivers
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, and regional Product Management to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
- Provide input to the Supply Chain organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
- Being a part of the global Demand planning team and contribute with input in the SIOP cycle
