**Job Summary**:
We are now looking for a Lead Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

**You will**:
**As program lead**:

- Business responsible for full Program including AoS Show business awareness and understanding to complete key priorities. Full customer responsibility and Engagement to Customer Directors and above if required. Leads delivery and critical issues Takes decision on the program with delegated authority
- ** As team lead**:

- Managing the teaming, Leave support, re-tasking.
- Lead team with program goals and possible career paths & performance reviews within the program Provide inputs to career and competence planning Provide performance evaluations for team.
- Identify and act on resourcing needs for Program/Domain

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- Education: Above bachelor’s degree
- Min years of experience: 7 years leading and carrying out relevant program/domains
- Experience in Telecommunications industry
- PMI/relevant technical certifications
- Demonstrated ability: CORE / 5G / OSS / BSS3rd party supplier’s management experience
- Servicer Delivery experience or interface experience with Telecom customers
