- Support inquiry from Thai client and oversea suppliers
- Manage delivery schedule and coordinate with sales, client and suppliers
- Issue P/O and take care other documents related sales
- According to the forecast, order the necessary items to be on time
- Communicates with Japanese Manager and team members in JP/EN/TH
- Interpret between Japanese and other TH staff
- Other tasks assigned
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years experience as sales assistants or import-export staff in trading company (Especially semiconductor, automobile, machine, electrical parts industry is necessary)

(Experience in taking care of large-digit number with many numbers of ordering)- Conversational high level of Japanese (N3 up)
- Conversational high level of English
- Experience in working in Japanese company
- Personality: detail-oriented person- Experience in studying or working in Japan
