**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
**Mission Description**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI and Analytics solutions.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns through data-driven insights and analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, data governance, and data management practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation through data analysis and business intelligence.

**Profile Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leveraging BI and Analytics platforms, including Power BI, Azure Data Lake, or Azure Databricks.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with data-driven user experiences via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
