Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry of high-quality aluminum products, driving advancements in various industries across the world.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing employee relations strategies to promote a positive work culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, and grievances, and guiding company policies and procedures.
- Conducting investigations into workplace issues, ensuring fair and objective resolution in compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Collaborating with management to proactively identify employee engagement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance overall morale.
- Coordinating and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities to build a strong talent pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in Human Resources Management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must.
- Experience in Employee Relations is a must.
- Good communication skills in English.
