Job Detail
- Collaborate and manage teams in projects, provide support, guidance, control, and coordination in the architectural design process, starting from conceptual design to the final detailing.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams, such as landscape designers, contractors, and professionals from other disciplines, as well as clients, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and execute assigned tasks to ensure smooth project completion, adapt plans according to the situation, and solve issues that may arise during construction.
- Work with the construction management team from the design phase to the detailing phase if required by the project.
- Communicate and handle documentation for construction permits with relevant authorities.
- Report and summarize project details, prepare presentations for clients and team meetings.

Required work
experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fields with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Possession of a professional license in architectural control at the professional level, specializing in architectural planning.
- Understanding of the entire workflow from design to construction, with the ability to troubleshoot job-related issues.
- Leadership qualities, passion for the profession, high level of responsibility, attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and emotional intelligence.
- Open to new ideas and innovations.
- Efficient coordination and communication with other departments.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other design-related programs.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, accept others' opinions, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Possession of a driver's license and own transportation for off-site work.
