IT support for a technology company is a big task. As the IT Project Manager, you are the person that ensures all IT projects are delivered and executed on time, and with the highest attention to details, to ensure nothing is missed.
You can also troubleshoot, respond to inquiries and find solutions to technical challenges. Beyond the day-to-day, you improve the Omise user experience by contributing to longer-term projects and documentation efforts, protecting our privacy and ensuring our continuous data protection.

**What you will be doing**:
- Plan and manage all IT operations, budgets and deliverables
- Effectively plan deployment of new assets and upgrades of existing assets.
- Identify and solve IT challenges spanning multiple systems and teams as they relate to corporate IT initiatives; this may include researching systems or services from the ground up.
- Partner with internal team owners to evaluate changes, plan and coordinate service upgrades and IT changes.
- Automate and/or execute IT infrastructure-related projects such as platform migrations and information security policy updates.
- Innovate and implement internal solutions that allow the business to scale and be productive.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Maintain and improve our IT service desk system, ensuring the highest standard from an IT help desk perspective.
**You**:
- Have worked for 4+ years in project management related to IT.
- Understands change management and its ability to communicate with stakeholders in the company.
- Have a clear understanding of IT Security and the importance of security controls.
- Is excellent in customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking and communication.
- Knowledgeable in Jira Service Desk Ticket Management Systems,
- Can work with distributed and remote teams.
