**Product Management at Coda**

Our Product folks are individuals with a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach. Their role involves taking charge of product development from start to finish, with emphasis on analysis and experimentation to deliver the best possible product for our users. This involves driving the product strategy and working closely with senior leadership across various departments to design, build, and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

You will need to have a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, spend considerable time with your scrum teams, and be enthusiastic about developing engineered processes and technologies to build solutions which drive organizational improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Product and Engineering teams, providing analyses and insights to support decision-making
- Analyze partner and customer behaviour quantitatively to refine product strategy
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track product usage and company-wide metrics
- Establish measurement frameworks and analyze key metrics to guide decision-making and evaluate success
- Provide strategic insights by breaking down problem statements into quantitative hypotheses and suggesting relevant analyses
- Work with the Product team to establish actionable goals and implement tracking methods to monitor progress
- Plan, conduct, and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, etc
- 2+ years of work experience in business intelligence, dashboarding, reporting, or data analysis
- Fundamental understanding of predictive modelling and/or forecasting techniques
- Experience with experimental design, implementation, and analysis (split tests, A/B tests, etc.)
- Ability to manipulate large data sets using SQL
- Familiar with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc
- A passion to get deep into the weeds with data and understand edge cases and how to best represent them
