Salesclerk urgent

**Job title**: Salesclerk (Fulltime)

**Location**:WAM STORE at Nimman soi 5, Chiang Mai

**Working Hour**:6 days/week (10 am - 6 pm)

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily store operations.
- Giving a pleasant customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
- Providing product details and information to the customer correctly.
- Cash handling ; Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Deal with online order shipping and logistics of customer orders, following up with couriers where necessary / tracking parcels and returns.
- Communicate effectively with the team to address any feedback, issues, or concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualification**:

- Passionate about fashion, art, and music.
- Able to communicate in English speaking.
- Have a positive attitude, punctual, self-confidence, and good interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and selling skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in retail industry is an advantage.
